For more than 25 years, Chris has been working as the catalyst for organisational change worldwide and in many areas: turn-around, restructuring, M&A, service delivery model, organisational effectiveness, cultural change, organizational design and development. 3 pivotal themes: leading business change, growing people and organisations and imagining the future of work.
At Native Genious, Chris is our research king, star facilitator and expert coach (not only) of large groups. Experienced in management & leadership, leading organisational change and growing organisations, Chris is quick to grasp the model and value chain of any business.
Originally an engineer, he loves a challenge, combining practical thinking with a human touch.
And when not creating transformative development experiences or sparking ‘aha’ moments for teams, Chris is a food and wine buff who can dance a bit, too.
